Pre Requisiti

• CompTIA A+ or equivalent knowledge
• Basic technical knowledge of printers and multifunctional products (MFPs)
• Knowledge of print drivers and printing in general
• It is recommended to have the technical equipment available to be able to follow the demonstration on a system of your own.
